Many of our holidays book up quickly, so to make sure you have the preferred choice of tour and date, it is best to book as early as you can.

Pop into your local travel agent and they can make the booking with us for you.
Paying for your holiday
Your Deposit
To secure your booking we require a non-refundable deposit of R2500.00 per person, within 3 days of confirmaton. Occasionally, we may need a higher deposit but you will be advised about this at the time of booking. If your travel starts within 60 days of booking, full payment will be required at the time of booking. The tour deposit does not secure the rate of exchange.
Your Final Payment
A final invoice will be sent to you ten weeks before departure. This must be paid no later than 60 days before departure. Kindly note that we do not send out reminders.
Cheque, Debit & Credit Cards
You can pay the deposit and final invoice by Bank Transfer, cheque, credit or debit card. We accept Visa and MasterCard. A credit card fee of 4% is payable on all transactions.
Your tickets and Final Documents
We will send your tickets to you approximately 2-3 weeks before departure. If you have booked with a travel agent, your tickets will be despatched to your travel agent unless we have been otherwise informed.
